Yesterday I published another post on my site: 3 Powerful Reasons To Use WordPress For Your Blog
I noticed that there is a blogging challenge called the Ultimate Blog Challenge that started on July 3rd. I have posted every day, but haven’t created graphics for two of them – so I haven’t joined yet. Yesterday I added a social sharing plugin for people to share once I do join. Here is another great way to get more traffic to your site.
I took one of the articles from the WordPress Success that I told you about yesterday and made it my own. When I was done I went over to CopyScape and checked the uniqueness of the article.
This particular article took me about an hour and then I had to do graphics, but I also was watching my nephews. When using PLR it does take time and how much time depends on what you’re goals of the content you’re creating are.
My goal for this is to use the WordPress Set-Up checklist from Newbie Marketer Checklists & Training as a content upgrade at the bottom. Then I’ll take the guides from the WordPress Succes PLR, add my own eCover, go through the guides and add an about me page, as well as other useful information and then I’m going to put it up as a product for sale on my site.
Using PLR in your business is just a matter of figuring out what you want to use it for.
I wasn’t sure what I wanted to write, but I know that one topic that I want to cover is blogging. I know that people who blog have questions about the different platforms that are out there. I’m currently promoting a set of checklists and knew that they could be used as a content upgrade for me to get subscribers on my site.
I need to get an editorial calendar creating and then it’ll be easier to create blog posts, reports to give away as opt-ins and products to sell.
